Trash Collection

Trash at the association is picked up by Alameda County Industries. Route service days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday all dumpsters are picked up. Recycling is picked up on Monday and Friday. On Friday the organic bins and two dumpsters at the front of the complex are picked up.

Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as our community room, sauna and pool so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.
